The Johnson Machinery contract retrieval system allows employees and customers to securely transfer large files to one another. User management allows Johnson Machinery to control what users have access to various sections of the system based on their access level. |

Since email isn't conducive to sending extremely large files, the contract retrieval system allows customers and employees to upload large files to the server right from the web. The recipient is notified by email that a file has been uploaded, and a temporary link is provided to download the file. Files are automatically removed after a user specified period of time. |

Administrators can view custom transaction history reports. File name and type, upload date, user information – including the IP address of the upload and download – are all stored for tracking. |
